Lost 100s of pictures Absolutely hate this product.
was storing pics on WitStick for the last year was handy to retrieve from instead of using all of iPhone memory wasn’t the fastest but good. I finally upgraded phone to iPhone 8 and took a bunch of reunion pics and videos now none of the later videos will run only sound was hoping they would get it fixed. i had deleted many because i assumed they were on the WitStick . Not very happy
This is absolutely unfair. The device worked fine on iPad till I downloaded the latest software on my iphone8 and now it doesn’t play any more videos or recognise the files stored earlier. It’s not even been a month since I bought it so I am mighty cheesed off. Wonder if it would ever get fixed. Would prefer giving negative rating but that’s not there so stuck to 1*
Rubbish waste of time!
Was happy with earlier version of app and was awesome! Now it is useless and does not get recognised by app when stick plugged in! Tried to get support from Omar's and none forth coming. Will seek out other drives if no update to fix and will do my best to not recommend this product unless it is sorted. We pay good money and expect a good service :(
